2026年度「評議員選出の立候補募集」についてのお知らせ（選挙公示）
2026年の本会評議員選出にあたり立候補を募集いたします。次期評議員の任期は2026〜2029 年です。
立候補者の資格・届出の期間・立候補の方法及び選出方法などについてご案内いたします。多くの方々の立候補をお願いいたします。

1. 評議員立候補者の資格
評議員候補者は、次の基準をすべて満たす個人会員です（規程第41条）。
1. 3年以上の会員歴があり、会員を継続している。
2. 教育，研究活動に優れた業績がある。
3. 2026年6月30日時点で年齢が満70歳未満である。
2. 立候補の届出期間
2025 年 12 月 3 日（水）から 12 月 12 日（金）まで
3. 立候補の方法
本ホームページの「評議員立候補届出フォーム」から送信してください。
届出内容：
（1） 氏名
（2） 会員番号
（3） 所属・職位
（4） メールアドレス
（5） 分野名（「医学・医療」または「英語」）
（6） 立候補事由（100字以内）
評議員立候補届出の郵送希望の方は、事務局にご連絡ください。
4. 評議員の選出方法
評議員は、理事会の決定を経て理事長が任命します（会則第17条）。
5. 選出結果の公示方法
評議員の選出結果は、学会ホームページに公示します。

Instructions for declaring candidacy
（JASMEE Councilors （評議員） for the next term (2026-2029)）
1. Eligibility
To satisfy the eligibility requirements, candidates must:
1) have been members of JASMEE in good standing for at least 3 years;
2) have an excellent record of educational and/or research activities; and
3) be no more than 69 years old on June 30, 2026.
2. Application period
Declarations of candidacy will be accepted from Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Submission deadline: Friday, December 12, 2025.
3. Procedure
Please submit the form via the ” Candidacy Declaration Form (Councilor) (評議員立候補届出フォーム)” on this page.
Contents of the notification:
(1) Name
(2) Membership number
(3) Affiliation/Position
(4) E-mail
(5) Field of study (“Medicine/Healthcare” or “English”)
(6) Reason for candidacy (within 60 words)
If you wish to have your candidacy form for councilor sent by mail, please contact the secretariat.
4. Election
New councilors will be elected at the meeting of the JASMEE Board and appointed by the chair of the JASMEE Board.
5. Announcement of appointments
The results of the election will be announced on the JASMEE website.
