2024年の第27回日本医学英語教育学会学術集会について、会期と場所を下記のとおり変更いたしますので、ご連絡申し上げます。
会期： 2024年7月13日（土）14日（日）
場所： 名古屋国際会議場 2号館2階

理由： 予定しておりました鈴鹿医療科学大学は参加の方々が来場されるのに不便と考えられ、また近くに宿泊先を確保することが困難と思われました。
名古屋国際会議場は、名古屋駅から公共交通機関で30分程の所にあり、学会会場として多くの開催実績があります。
日程面では第1週の週末より翌日が休日である第2週の週末が多くの方に参加いただけると考えました。
多数のご発表、ご参加をお待ちいたします。

Dear JASMEE Members,
We would like to inform you of the following changes to the meeting date and location for the 27th JASMEE Academic Meeting in 2024.
Dates: Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14, 2024
Place: Nagoya International Conference Center, Bldg. 2, 2F
https://www.nagoya-congress-center.jp/
Reason: The planned location of Suzuka University of Medical Science was considered inconvenient for participants to visit, and it was deemed difficult to secure accommodations nearby.
The Nagoya Congress Center is located about 30 minutes by public transportation from Nagoya Station, and has a proven track record as a conference venue.
In terms of the schedule, we thought that the second weekend, when the next day is a holiday, would be better than the first weekend, as more people would be able to attend.
We look forward to seeing many presentations and participants.
