（2） Registration 受付

  • All participants should register on arrival at the registration desk (in front of the Orque d’or hall) on the 33rd floor of Dai-Nagoya Building. Applications to attend the Saturday evening reception will also be accepted.
    参加登録，演者登録，新入会・年会費，懇親会の申込・お支払い等は，すべて大名古屋ビルヂング33 階の「受付(オルクドール・ホール前)」で行います。
  • The registration desk will open at 9:00 on both days.
    受付開始時刻は両日ともに午前9時です。

（3） Attendance fees 参加登録

  • Attendance fees: members 8,000 yen, student members 3,000 yen, non-members 9,000 yen.
    参加費は一般会員 8,000 円，学生会員 3,000円，非会員 9,000円です。
  • Attendance ID badges must be worn at all times during the Meeting.
    会期中は必ず参加証をおつけください。

（4） Membership applications, Membership fees 入会申込・年会費納入

  • Those wishing to apply for JASMEE membership or pay outstanding annual membership fees may do so at the registration desk.
    参加登録時に「新入会・年会費受付」にて行ってください。
  • The membership fee for 2017 is 9,000 yen (includes 3 issues of the Journal of Medical English Education).
    The membership fee for student members is 1,000 yen (Journal subscription not included).
    平成 29 年度の年会費は9,000円（年3回発行の学会誌購読料を含む）です。
    学生会員の年会費は1,000円（学会誌購読料を含まない）です。

（5） Reception 懇親会

  • A reception will be held in the Azusa room on the 4th floor of Castle Plaza Hotel (19:00, Saturday, July 22). The attendance fee is 6,000 yen (payable in advance at the reception desk).
    懇親会は7月22日（土）の19:00より，キャッスルプラザホテル 4 階「梓の間」にて開催いたします。参加費は6,000円です。
